We are pleased to announce that the Vologda Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences will host the 17-th International Scientific Conference "Young Scientists to the Economy of the Region" to be held on December 15, 2017.

The conference offers an engaging platform for young researchers to discuss the problems of social and economic development of regions and the ways of their solution, expand and deepen interregional contacts, introduce the results of scientific research into management practice.

The official languages of the conference: Russian, English.

Within the framework of the conference the online section "International cooperation of young scientists of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union" is held.

The directions of the online section:

– the planning of an individual scientific and educational way and the organization of the scientific search by the team of young scientists;

– the advanced forms of the exchange of research experience and scientific development in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (internships, international grants, integration projects, scientific consortia);

– the role of youth associations (councils of young scientists, student scientific societies, etc.) in solving the problems of scientific youth in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union;

– the formation of horizontal links and the integration of young people in the research teams as the basis for international interaction in science.

Online discussion of the reports of the section "International Cooperation of Young Scientists of the Countries of the Eurasian Economic Union" will be held on December 15, 2017 at 13:00 (by Moscow standard time).

According to the results of the conference, winners and laureates are awarded with diplomas for best reports. All the participants are awarded with certificates.
